Hi All Im trying to start a discussion on self confidence. Please join in and add your ideas to this discussion. I am submitting 4 ways that will definitely help to give your confidence a boost and turn you into the person that you've always wanted to be! 1. Understand yourself better
Identify what you really want and what your goals in life are. List out your strengths and weaknesses and try to find ways you can use them to your advantage. Focus on your strengths and improve on your weaknesses. By working on our weaknesses the will one day become one of our strengths.
2. Set goals that are achievable
Structure your goals in a way that will make you feel motivated to work hard and achieve them. A great way to do this is to split up your big goals into smaller, incremental goals. This way, you can easily see the progress that you're making, and will be motivated to work harder. Always have your goals to the forefront of your mind. What the mind percieves the body and mind will achieve.
3. Identify role models
Look for key figures with qualities that you wish to emulate. When in doubt about certain matters, just think, "What would your role model do?" Then if that action feels right "DO IT",
4. Reward yourself when you do something well
Always encourage yourself by treating yourself to something good after accomplishing a goal. It does not have to be expensive, but sufficient enough to make you feel good about achieving more. I welcome any more ideas you may have. Send them in on this forum please...
