I am to date qualified in chiropody, beauty and a range of complementary therapies; I have Diploma I.T.E.C accreditation,in anatomy and physiology and aestheciene.My interest in complementary health then lead me down the path of energy therapies which I received my master level in Usui Ryoho Reiki, from Joe Mc Cormack , MAC complementary health clinic Kilbeggan, Co westmeath, to whom i am very grateful and highly recommend to any one who seeks to improve their way of living! 

In the last number of years i have learned to incorporate my skills into a complete treatment of the body on a physical. mental and emotional level utilizing powerful techniques from Massage, Accupressure, Bio -Energy.
