For anyone thinking of quiting, let me tell you this works, It did for me, I was on 80 a day. I was introduced to this system 39 months ago, and thank God I never smoked a single cigarette again.
If it can work for a chain smoker like me it can work for you. Every day thank God and Joe for keeping me of the cigarettes. Now I am looking at some of the other goodies on offer, did I see something about improving my golf.
